The Assistant Doctor will work closely with the Medical Director to deliver high‑quality, protocol‑driven care for sports medicine and metabolic health clients in an outpatient clinical setting. The role combines clinical assessment, lifestyle prescription, program orientation, and ongoing patient coordination to ensure seamless implementation of the care plan.
Education:
BAMS or MBBS from a recognised university.
Experience:
0–3 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong interest in lifestyle / metabolic / sports medicine may be considered).
Clinical skills:
Strong history taking, basic examination, and documentation skills.
Comfortable with ordering basic investigations and interpreting common reports under supervision.
Ability to counsel patients on lifestyle, adherence, and long‑term care.
Patient‑centric attitude, excellent communication in English and local language.
High ownership of follow‑up and compliance, proactive in reminders and check‑ins.
Comfort working in a structured, protocol‑driven, data‑oriented environment.
Willingness to learn sports medicine, metabolic health, and integrated care models.
Other:
Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
Comfortable with clinic timings, weekend or extended hours as per roster.
Basic comfort with EMR/clinic software, spreadsheets, and communication tools (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Compensation:Annual CTC in the range of ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000, based on qualifications, skills, and interview performance.
