Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 48 years of relevant experience, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, hair restoration, cosmetic surgery or premium healthcare.
• Proven ability to achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Strong patient counselling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience leading sales and counselling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly clinic revenue targets and overall business performance.
• Drive patient counselling, treatment conversions and package sales.
• Monitor daily enquiries, consultations, sales and collections.
• Develop strategies to improve revenue, patient retention and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for ethical upselling and cross-selling of appropriate treatments.

• Supervise and train counsellors to improve conversion rates.
