Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven 6+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or client management.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
• Strategy Development and Implementation: Work closely with the SEO team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance, and provide regular reports to clients. Make data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
• Problem Solving and Consulting: Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions. Offer consultancy on best SEO practices and industry trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and client satisfaction.
• Education and Training: Educate clients on the importance of SEO and how it works. Keep clients informed about changes in SEO best practices and algorithms.
• Retention and Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Ensure high retention rates by delivering consistent value.
• Feedback Collection and Implementation: Gather client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in the SEO services.
