Job summary

Justwords Consultant is seeking an account manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and to coordinate across SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams for timely delivery.

You will manage timelines, provide status updates, and ensure client feedback is accurately implemented while aiming for ongoing account growth and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, PPC, Website Development, and Online Reputation Management.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client objectives, requirements, briefs, and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Coordinate with SEO, Content, Social Media, Design, Development, and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and share project timelines, deliverable schedules, and status updates with clients.
• Follow up with internal teams on deliverables, feedback, revisions, and pending tasks.
• Manage client feedback and ensure it is accurately communicated and implemented.
• Conduct regular client calls/meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Handle day-to-day client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare performance reports, presentations, and regular project updates as required.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before submission.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams to address escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services, and upselling where relevant.
