Dechcept Private Limited is seeking a proactive Client Success Executive to join our growing marketing agency in Surat. You will be the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and translating needs into actionable plans.

You will coordinate with creative, content, SEO, and design teams to deliver campaigns on time, track progress, and provide performance reports and insights. Excellent communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination in a marketing/advertising setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to understand marketing strategies, advertising channels, and client needs.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Notion).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
