Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Ahmedabad for a Client Servicing Manager with experience in Agency or IT Services. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing communication between the agency and clients. They will also oversee project execution, address client needs, handle queries, and deliver exceptional customer service. Immediate availability for the role is required.
