Job summary

ANTS Digital is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will support account managers in day-to-day client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

The role requires coordinating with Creative, Content, Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams, tracking timelines and deliverables, and maintaining clear briefs and MOMs. On-site at Gurgaon, with growth opportunities in a dynamic digital marketing agency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Experience coordinating with Creative, Content, Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content and Creative.

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can support account managers in managing day-to-day client requirements and internal coordination.

This role is for someone who understands how a digital marketing agency works and can ensure that briefs, timelines, updates and deliverables move smoothly between clients and internal teams.

HOW YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Coordinating with Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO and Social Media teams.
• Taking client inputs and converting them into clear internal briefs.
• Following up on creatives, content calendars, reports and campaign deliverables.
• Maintaining trackers, timelines, MOMs and daily status updates.
• Supporting account managers in client calls and meetings.
• Checking deliverables before they are shared with clients.
• Ensuring internal teams have clarity on requirements and deadlines.
• Escalating delays, dependencies and gaps to the Account Manager on time.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Ability to maintain trackers, MOMs and reports.
• Basic understanding of campaign reports and performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Google Sheets.

WHAT YOU OWN:
