Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative/marketing teams.
• Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Coordinate, follow up, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of services.

Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding client needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or media services will be an advantage
