Job summary

Idiotic Media in Mumbai is seeking a Client Servicing Manager to act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution and relationships.

You will coordinate with creative, production and strategy teams, manage timelines and budgets, prepare presentations, and mentor junior staff while driving growth with upsell opportunities. The role offers a fast-paced, collaborative culture with exposure to premium brands and creators.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverables.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution.

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
