Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in account management, proficiency with GenAI, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and project management tools, and a strong understanding of digital and integrated campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-sized accounts with accountability on timelines and delivery.
• Support strategy, creative, and media teams in decoding briefs and aligning outputs.
• Own client communications and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Keep internal teams aligned and projects on track from brief to execution.
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve challenges.
• Track KPIs and report outcomes to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
