Job summary

Idiotic Media in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Manager to bridge clients and internal creative teams, manage end-to-end communications, and ensure timely, impactful campaigns.

You will coordinate with production, strategy and influencer teams, oversee multiple accounts, mentor junior staff, and seek opportunities to upsell while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverables.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
• Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growth.
• Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and execution.
• Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managers.
