About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event management, client servicing, and brand activations, with preference given to candidates who have worked with beverage and alcohol brands.

The candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal execution team.
• Understand client briefs, requirements, objectives, and budgets and convert them into actionable plans.
• Handle events, brand activations, launches, experiential marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, estimates, and project plans.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating repeat business.
• Handle negotiations with clients and vendors wherever required.Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all projects.
• Resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Track project profitability and maintain proper documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, especially in beverages, alcohol, hospitality, and experiential marketing.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within the events.
• Experience working with beverage and/or alcohol brands will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of event planning, brand activations, and event execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Good commercial and budgeting understanding.
• Strong coordination and team-management abilities.
