Job summary

Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions is seeking an Account Manager with strong mainline advertising exposure to manage client servicing for real estate accounts. You will coordinate with creative, copy and design teams, develop client-ready presentations, and track timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes brand strategy, planning, and management, with a focus on building relationships with client-side coordinators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong non-digital / mainline advertising exposure is mandatory.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, planning, and management.
• Client servicing and account management experience (not accountancy).
• Deep understanding of clients’ products, services, and target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client servicing and account coordination across one or more real estate accounts.
• Manage timelines, status reports, and internal-external follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate with creative, copy, and design teams on briefs, revisions, and final deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client-ready presentations, proposals, and campaign summaries.
• Maintain organized documentation - briefs, approvals, contact reports, and project files.
• Flag potential delays, scope issues or risks to the Account Manager proactively.
• Support on-ground or virtual coordination for shoots, launches, site visits, or events as needed.
• Build strong working relationships with client-side coordinators and internal teams.

(Experience in media, event, or purely digital agencies will not be considered)

• Strong non-digital / mainline advertising exposure is mandatory
• Proven experience in brand strategy, planning, and management
• Client servicing and account management experience (not accountancy)
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ products, services, business objectives, competitors, and target audiences
• Develop campaign ideas and communication solutions based on insights and briefs
• Collaborate with planning, strategy, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefs
• Lead client interactions to understand marketing needs and propose effective solutions
• Create and deliver presentations for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
• Develop marketing plans, timelines, and budgets for campaign
