Job summary

Corporate Connections in Gurgaon is seeking an Account Executive (Client Servicing) to act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline channels. You will lead client meetings, translate briefs into actionable plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget execution.

• 1-3 years in advertising/digital/integrated marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience managing integrated campaigns (Digital + Mainline).
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital channels (Social Media, TV, Print, OOH).
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships by understanding clients business, industry, competitors and marketing objectives.
• Lead regular client meetings and maintain clear documentation including WIPs, status reports, and contact reports.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable, and inspiring internal briefs for creative, digital, media, and production teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and flawless execution of integrated (Digital + Mainline) campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, trackers, deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Support campaign planning, rollout, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, review decks, and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and brand consistency across all outputs.
• Anticipate client needs, proactively offer strategic solutions, and identify opportunities for organic growth and upselling.
• Proactively flag risks, delays, or client concerns and drive timely resolutions.
• Assist in estimate preparation, cost management, budget tracking, billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Ensure smooth business operations with minimal supervision.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an advertising/digital/integrated marketing agency.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing integrated campaigns (Digital + Mainline).
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital channels (Social Media, TV, Print, OOH, etc.).
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of AI tools for research, content support, and reporting.
• Strong PPT/storytelling skills with ability to create client-ready decks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience handling B2B clients is an advantage.
