Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, or Business Administration.
• Certifications or practical experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' social media and digital marketing requirements.

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Social Media Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team and manage social media mandates for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Role Overview

The Social Media Client Servicing Executive will act as the key link between clients and Alchemist's internal Digital, Creative, Content, and Strategy teams. The role requires a strong understanding of social media, excellent client servicing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for their social media and digital marketing requirements.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' brands, products, services, target audiences, competitors, and business objectives.
• Understand and interpret client briefs and translate them into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with the Creative, Content, Design, Digital Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Assist in developing monthly and campaign-based social media content calendars and strategies.
• Ensure all content and creatives are aligned with the client's brand guidelines, communication objectives, and approved strategy.
• Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and ensure timely communication with internal teams.
• Track deliverables and timelines to ensure projects are completed and shared with clients as per agreed deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations and meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action points.
• Prepare social media reports, campaign updates, performance summaries, and presentations for clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for innovative campaigns, topical content, and proactive social media initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, digital innovations, and industry developments.
• Proactively contribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen clients' social media presence and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Identify potential opportunities for additional digital and social media services for existing clients.
• Escalate any potential client concerns, delays, or operational challenges to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Good understanding of social media content formats, campaign planning, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to understand creative requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Strong coordination, project management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications or practical experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Client Servicing, Digital Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, creative, or integrated marketing agency will be preferred.
• Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts will be an added advantage.
