Job summary

Growth Narrative Llp, Pune-based, is seeking a Client Servicing Lead to own client relationships and drive premium brand work across Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, Beauty, Wellness and Fashion.

You will lead teams, manage end-to-end projects from brief to execution, and collaborate closely with strategy, creative, design and production to deliver outstanding results. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in client servicing or brand management.
• Experience leading teams and owning accounts end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Min. 6–8 years of experience in client servicing, account management or brand management, in a creative, advertising or digital agency.
• Proven experience leading teams and owning accounts/projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strategic thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and project collaboration tools.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related field.
