Job summary

DAM Networks in Vasai West is seeking a client-facing account coordinator to bridge clients with our editors, marketers, developers and producers. You will take briefs, translate priorities, and keep work on scope, brand, and on time.

With 1–3 years in a client-facing role, you will manage timelines, provide updates, and spot risks early. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with a degree in any field.

• Excellent spoken and written communication, confident with clients.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and detail orientation.
• Calm under overlapping deadlines and able to handle enterprise clients.
• Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

You will be the person clients rely on day to day, and the person internal teams trust to carry a brief accurately. Sitting between the client and our technology, marketing, and events teams, you will own the relationship on your accounts, keep everyone aligned, and make sure work moves from brief to delivery on scope, on brand, and on time.

What you will do
