Job summary

Webgross in Delhi/NCR is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage client communications, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing projects. You will be the main client contact, build strong relationships, and provide regular updates and reports.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in client servicing, strong digital marketing knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to work on-site in Delhi/NCR.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiar with services offered by a digital marketing agency: SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi/NCR.
