Job summary

Webgross in Delhi/NCR is seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage client communications and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely digital marketing project delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their objectives, and share regular updates.

This on-site role requires strong communication, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration with SEO, SMM, PPC, content, and development teams.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with services offered by a digital marketing agency (SEO, SMM, PPC, content, web dev).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• On-site in Delhi/NCR.
