Job summary

E2M is seeking a Client Services Manager in India to lead and grow strategic client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate with Client Account Managers and internal delivery teams to enhance client satisfaction, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities.

In this role, you will own client relationships, manage escalations, assess risks related to scope, timelines, and budgets, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of website development, eCommerce, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
