• Create memorable employee experiences throughout the year.

Events & Celebrations

• Plan and execute engaging monthly events, themed days, festival celebrations, wellness activities, and cultural initiatives.
• Design creative event concepts that employees genuinely enjoy.
• Bring fresh décor ideas, exciting themes, and vibrant experiences to life.
• Coordinate with Admin, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Organize annual celebrations, family events, team outings, competitions, fun Fridays, and surprise engagement activities.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and execution from concept to completion.
• Continuously introduce fresh ideas that keep employee engagement exciting and meaningful.

Culture & Community

• Be the first friendly face every new employee meets, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited from Day One.
• Introduce new joiners to E2M's culture, values, workplace, and teams, helping them settle in smoothly.
• Act as the go-to person on the floor for employees, assisting with everyday workplace queries and coordinating with the Admin team whenever needed.
• Foster an inclusive, energetic, and people-first workplace where everyone feels they belong.
• Build meaningful relationships across teams and encourage collaboration through engaging initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and recommend creative ideas that enhance the overall employee experience.
• Ensure remote employees also feel connected, included, and engaged in company culture.
• Work closely with leadership, HR, and Admin to continuously improve workplace happiness and engagement.
