About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Client Services to join our AM India team. The role will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal digital marketing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of campaigns and projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to confidently manage client conversations and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned Indian clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their business objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social Media, Design, Development, and other digital marketing functions to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance to ensure commitments are met.
• Conduct regular client calls and meetings, prepare updates, and communicate campaign progress effectively.
• Understand digital marketing strategies and be able to discuss campaign performance, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations with clients.
• Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Handle client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Support account planning, campaign strategy discussions, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Prepare and present client reports, presentations, and account updates when required.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communication, requirements, deliverables, and action items.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and contribute towards client retention.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and industry developments.
