Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Off-Page SEO, Link Building or Digital PR.
• Proven ability to acquire high-quality backlinks via outreach and partnerships.
• Familiar with backlink quality factors (anchor text, DA) and using SEO tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an Off-Page SEO Analyst to own E2M's link-building strategy and drive organic growth through high-quality backlink acquisition. This role is responsible for building and managing our off-page SEO function—from identifying backlink opportunities to improving referring domains, keyword rankings, and organic visibility.

You’ll work closely with the SEO team to develop scalable outreach processes, monitor backlink health, analyze competitors, and strengthen E2M’s authority across both traditional and AI-powered search.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end link acquisition process for E2M's priority pages.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and secure high-quality backlink opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Off-Page SEO, Link Building, or Digital PR.
• Proven experience acquiring quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of backlink quality, anchor text, domain authority, and link relevance.
• Hands‑on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Experience with competitor backlink analysis and outreach campaigns.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple outreach campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or B2B services experience.
• Experience with paid placements and publisher negotiations.
• Familiarity with AI Search, AI citations, or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
