Shift Timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST

Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE experience in cultivating pre-existing relationships and providing superior service to clients.
• MUST HAVE prior 3 years of US Staffing industry experience.
• MUST HAVE excellent presentation skills, both oral and written. This is a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of computers and technology.
• Hands on working experience with MSP and VMS.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Multi-tasker who is unbelievably organized.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in forecasting and website analytics.
• Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize many tasks across various teams within the organization.
• Must have a willingness to learn and expand his or her knowledge in regards to IT / Non-IT / Healthcare Staffing assignments.
• Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Must have the ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), especially to work with US clients.
• Understanding of US labor laws, compliance regulations, and staffing practices.
• Proficiency in client management software and recruitment platforms. Knowledge of the US staffing market, including industry-specific needs.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in recruitment or staffing services.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client issues effectively.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
