Role & responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships to enhance client

• Act as the liaison between Ekart and external clients.

• Provide regular updates on shipments, service performance, and issue

resolution.

Escalation Handling

• Manage client escalations with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer support) to resolve issues quickly.
• Document and track escalations to ensure accountability and closure.

Operational Coordination

• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless

service delivery.

• Monitor service KPIs and proactively address potential disruptions.
• Support clients with customized solutions for their logistics needs.

Reporting & Feedback

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client interactions, escalations, and

resolutions.

• Gather client feedback and share insights with management for service

improvement.

• Contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Experience: 2-7 years in client servicing, customer support, or logistics

operations.

Skills:
