Family Health Plan (FHPL) seeks an experienced client servicing professional to manage corporate accounts in Chennai. You will serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and expectations, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery and transparent communication.

The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, addressing concerns with empathy, and driving retention through cross-functional collaboration and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or handling corporate B2B environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• High problem-solving capacity, organization, multi-tasking under tight deadlines, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term partnerships as the primary contact for corporate accounts.
• Address client concerns promptly, empathetically, manage service delays transparently, and improve transparency.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and meet quality standards, including monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and develop retention strategies to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management and conduct surveys to gather client feedback.
