Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate project communications, manage payment follow-ups, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and requirements.
• Handle client accounts and follow up on pending payments and collections.
• Schedule and organize meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain client records, agreements, reports, and documentation.
• Resolve client queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports related to client interactions, payment status, and project progress.
• Ensure professional verbal and written communication with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
