Job summary

Impresio Studio in Noida, India, is seeking a proactive CRM executive to manage client interactions and coordinate shoots and post-production work. You will be the main contact between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, collecting shoot details in advance, coordinating with editors, and maintaining data and backups across projects.

• Respond to all client queries. Ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every stage.
• Coordinate with photo editors to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Follow up with clients, assign editing tasks to editors, and track progress across multiple projects.
• Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.
• Perform quality checks before final delivery to maintain brand standards.
• Address client concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally. Coordinate with senior management to provide appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure proper data organization, file management, and backups.
• Ensure issues are resolved while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
