Job summary

Pushpendra Technology Pvt Ltd invites a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join Pushpendra Studio, our photography and creative production brand. You will own day-to-day social media operations, content creation and paid campaigns to generate enquiries and bookings.

Work closely with photographers and editors to publish quality content, set up Meta and Google Ads, use AI tools for ideas, write captions and scripts, and report weekly on performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and paid campaigns.
• Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting and remarketing.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or Gemini) for content ideas.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to lead lead generation and client acquisition.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

Pushpendra Technology Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring a creative, results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow Pushpendra Studio, our photography and creative production brand.

In the initial phase, you will independently handle day-to-day social media operations, content creation, paid advertising and lead generation. This role requires someone who understands how to turn online engagement into enquiries and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media channels, including posting, scheduling, comments and DMs.
• Create a monthly content calendar featuring studio work, portfolios, behind-the-scenes videos, reels and promotional offers.
• Write captions, ad copy and video scripts; create basic graphics and edit short-form videos.
• Set up, run and optimise Meta Ads for enquiries, WhatsApp leads and bookings; manage Google Ads where relevant.
• Use AI tools to research ideas, write content, develop creatives and improve execution speed.
• Coordinate with photographers, editors and the studio team to collect and publish quality content.
• Handle initial enquiries, maintain lead records and coordinate follow-ups to help convert leads into clients.
• Identify opportunities through competitor research, collaborations, influencer outreach and business partnerships.
• Track advertising spend, cost per lead, qualified enquiries and booking conversions, and share weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, remarketing and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, along with Canva and video-editing tools.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition and business growth.
• Good copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities independently during the initial phase.
• Experience with photography studios, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or creative brands is a plus.
