Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking empathetic, helpful, and confident Client Relationship Associates to be at the forefront of our user support project. You will engage with clients, understand their situations, and guide them through personal growth and relationship topics.

The role requires excellent written and verbal English, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills. Based in NCR or willing to relocate, you will work 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST.

• Background in Psychology, Counselling, Life Coach is preferred

• Based out of or willing to relocate to NCR
• Comfortable working in shift timing- 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
