Select Source international seeks a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen MSP/VMS relationships with US staffing clients in Gurgaon on a fully onsite basis. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, account growth, and driving client satisfaction in a fast-paced MSP environment.

You will coordinate with MSP program teams, VMS teams, and internal delivery units; lead client meetings, reviews, and renewal discussions; and ensure compliance with client guidelines while delivering market

Qualifications

• 3+ years in US Staffing Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or MSP Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, MSP program teams, VMS teams, and internal delivery teams.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client hiring priorities, workforce requirements, and business objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status calls, and business reviews.
• Manage client expectations, queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with MSP/VMS processes and client guidelines.
• Prepare and present account performance reports and client business reviews.
• Track client satisfaction, account health, retention, and service performance.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and increased client engagement.
• Support contract renewals and long-term client retention.
• Gather client feedback and drive process improvements.
• Provide market intelligence and workforce insights to clients.
