Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium banking, lifestyle management, or executive assistance.
• Experience working with HNI or premium clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage premium lifestyle requests including travel, dining, healthcare, gifting, events, and wellness.
• Identify and manage reliable service providers and negotiate preferred rates.
• Create SOPs for request handling and escalation; track requests and feedback; maintain service records.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

• Manage travel, dining, healthcare, gifting, events, and wellness requests.
• Understand client preferences and provide personalised support.
• Ensure timely responses and high service quality.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Vendor Management

• Identify and manage reliable service providers.
• Negotiate preferred rates and priority services.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues.

Process & Operations

• Create SOPs for request handling and escalation.
• Track client requests, preferences, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Support the improvement and expansion of concierge services.

Required Qualifications
