Job summary

Creuto in Bhubaneswar, Odisha is seeking a Client Engagement Intern to join the sales, client management, and business development team. You will reach out to potential clients, nurture relationships, and support onboarding and proposals.

This role offers hands-on industry exposure, a performance incentive of up to ₹2,000 per month on meeting targets, and a PPO for top performers. Fresh graduates and MBA students are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• MBA students / freshers encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing clients via calls, emails, and messages.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through products/services.
• Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Track engagement metrics and share feedback with the team.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

About the Role

The Client Engagement Intern will work closely with the client relations and business development team to build strong, long-term client relationships. The intern will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, ensuring satisfaction of existing clients, and supporting strategies that drive retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing clients via calls, emails, and messages
• Build strong rapport with clients and understand their needs and expectations
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the company's products or services

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-ups

• Support the team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field
• MBA students / freshers seeking hands-on industry exposure are strongly encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work under targets
• Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory)
