Job summary

Corpseed ITES Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a fresher to manage quality profiles, design quality parameters, and handle client interactions. The role includes auditing, reporting, and maintaining data models, dashboards, and performance metrics.

You will generate leads for advisors, maintain the prospect database, and collaborate with management and clients to address gaps and improve sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Manage quality profile through quality parameter designing module.
• First face of clients - work on bad fits, reopen cases, quality check, IVR calls.
• Create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients.
• Identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresh with clients to improve the sales.
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Prospects that is for generate a lead and transfer to advisor.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
