Job summary

Agp International Services in Mumbai, Maharashtra, seeks a Client Acquisition Executive to expand the overseas recruitment business, including Gulf hiring projects. You will lead LinkedIn sourcing, outreach, and client outreach while coordinating with internal teams for delivery.

You will manage multiple client demands, draft emails and proposals, maintain pipelines, and report on acquisition and revenue targets to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Acquisition / Business Development / Client Handling.
• Strong exposure to LinkedIn lead generation & networking.
• Knowledge of overseas recruitment / Gulf hiring process (preferred).
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and recruitment demands.
• Drafting emails, proposals & LinkedIn messages.
• Proficient in MS Excel & reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for overseas recruitment & international staffing projects.
