Job summary

Agp International Services in Chennai invites a Client Acquisition Executive to drive overseas recruitment and international staffing projects. You will focus on LinkedIn sourcing, client outreach, and coordinating with internal teams to meet Gulf and overseas hiring needs.

You will manage multiple client requirements, draft emails and proposals, and maintain recruitment pipelines with regular reports. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and Excel reporting skills to help achieve

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development and Client Handling.
• Strong exposure to LinkedIn lead generation and professional networking.
• Knowledge of overseas recruitment / Gulf hiring process (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and recruitment demands.
• Good drafting skills for emails, proposals and LinkedIn messages.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities
