Job summary

Premier Consultancy in New Delhi is seeking a client servicing professional to manage a portfolio of corporate clients for PCIL's background verification business.

You will be their single point of contact, coordinating with operations to ensure timely turnaround, reviewing performance, and handling escalations with poise.

This role offers exposure to enterprise clients and a clear path to lead key accounts as you grow with cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs in client servicing, key accounts or customer success in BGV, HR services, staffing or consulting.
• Clear communicator, organised, Excel and PowerPoint fluent, calm under escalation.
• Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of corporate clients for PCIL's background verification business.
• Be their single point of contact, drive TAT and SLA delivery with operations, run reviews and MIS.
