Job summary

Raj Events Entertainment is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor/Coordinator/Engineer to manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites in Bhopal. The candidate should have hands-on site experience and knowledge of AutoCAD, quality control, measurements, site coordination, and contractor management.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE/B.Tech Civil, and the ability to work independently at construction sites.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE/B.Tech Civil.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and construction coordination.
• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory/preferred.
• Understanding of civil drawings, measurements, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at construction sites.
• Experience in residential, commercial, township, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Read and interpret civil drawings and layouts.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and site documentation.
• Conduct site measurements and monitor material consumption.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
• Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, measurements, and billing coordination.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
