Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Site Activities:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of construction activities, ensuring that all work is being carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinating and managing labor forces, subcontractors, and material suppliers on-site.
• Quality Control:
  • Ensuring that the construction work meets the required quality standards and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Conducting inspections of the work to identify issues and ensuring corrective measures are taken.
• Safety Management:
  • Promoting and enforcing safety protocols on-site, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring the team follows safety procedures.
  • Reporting and investigating any accidents or incidents on-site.
• Project Documentation:
  • Keeping accurate records of site activities, progress, material usage, and personnel.
  • Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports for the project manager.
• Resource Management:
  • Ensuring that all materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project are available and properly maintained.
  • Managing the workforce and scheduling labor to optimize efficiency.
• Problem Solving:
  • Addressing and resolving issues that arise during construction, whether technical, logistical, or personnel-related.
