Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial building construction and CTC roofing at site.
• Execute work per drawings, BOQ, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and workers.
• Manage CTC roofing installation: framework, sheets, fixing and finishing.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment and quality.
• Monitor materials and coordinate with stores/procurement.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain docs.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
• Coordinate with consultants and project managers for approvals.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; monitor progress.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer with experience in commercial building construction and CTC roofing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality and safety, and completing projects as per drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor commercial building construction and CTC roofing activities at the site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Manage CTC roofing installation, including structural framework, sheets/panels, fixing, alignment, and finishing.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of construction and roofing works.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the stores/procurement team.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
• Coordinate with consultants and project managers for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 25 years of experience in commercial building construction.
• Hands-on experience in CTC roofing / roofing works is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, measurements, and site execution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and contractors.
• Willingness to work at construction sites and travel if required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, industrial sheds, roofing structures, CTC roofing, PEB, or sheet roofing projects will be preferred.
