Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd seeks a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee execution of Retail/Restaurant outlets across geographies. You will drive CAPEX adherence, vendor development, and cost control to ensure on-time, on-budget store builds.

You will lead a team of assistants and designers, motivate them, and ensure quality build and timely bill closures through strict process controls.

Qualifications

• Project management experience for Retail/Restaurants is a must.
• Ability to lead teams of assistants and designers.
• Experience coordinating civil execution of outlets across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Handle execution of restaurants and retail outlets as per requirements.
• Ensure timely execution per TAT and CAPEX budgets.
• Develop vendors across geographies to execute projects and manage cost control.
• Implement tight control on CAPEX costs and drive design/material changes to meet budgets.
• Close all bills within budget and time guidelines with quality control.
• Ensure sturdy maintenance-free build quality of project executions.
• Drive execution process enhancements to improve store build quality.
• Lead and motivate a team of assistants and designers to deliver on time.
