Job summary

Pranavee Homes & Construction in Chennai invites a Civil Site Engineer to independently manage site execution for residential and commercial building projects, including G+7 structures.

You will supervise daily construction activities, ensure work aligns with structural drawings, quality standards and project schedules, and coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors and the project team. 2–12 years' experience preferred; immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 2–12 years of site experience on residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of BBS, quantity estimation and basic billing.
