Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil works.
• Prepare quantity estimates based on drawings and site requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for civil works.
• Monitor daily civil work progress and ensure work is completed as per plan.
• Check measurements and verify quantities of completed works.
• Prepare and maintain work-related documents, reports, and records.
• Monitor material requirements and usage at the site.
• Ensure civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the client and internal teams for smooth execution of work.
• Support billing and certification of contractor bills based on actual work completed.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the work site.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site activities.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity calculation, and billing.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
