Preethi Properties And Developers Ahmedabad Llp is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer for path-breaking work in warehouse, industrial, factory and logistics projects. The candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and ensure quality, safety and schedule adherence.

Role requires 5–9 years of hands-on site execution experience, ability to read drawings, and willingness to relocate to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Supervise RCC, foundations, flooring, masonry and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily productivity.
• Check line, level, dimensions and quality of works.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP and PEB teams.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Prepare site measurements and quantities; maintain progress records.
• Support billing, quantity verification and project reporting.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to Project Manager.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 59 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution, preferably in warehouse, industrial building, factory, PEB, logistics, commercial or large-scale civil construction projects.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities, manpower, contractors, quality, measurements, coordination, progress tracking and execution as per drawings and project schedules.

Candidates with direct experience in warehouse or industrial construction projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Supervise RCC, foundation, flooring, structural and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials and daily productivity.
• Check line, level, dimensions and quality of executed works.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP and PEB teams where applicable.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and approved specifications.
• Prepare and verify site measurements and quantities.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or site issues.
• Ensure required materials are available without affecting site progress.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure site safety procedures are followed.
• Support billing, quantity verification and contractor measurements when required.
• Attend site and project coordination meetings.
• Report progress, issues and requirements to the Project Manager / Management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work within quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5–9 years of relevant site engineering experience.
