Job summary

Captalent Hr in Chennai invites a Site Engineer to supervise daily site activities, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings and safety norms. The role requires basic Civil diploma/engineering and 1–3 years of site experience.

Based at Chennai site, you will report to senior engineers and project manager, maintain daily progress reports, and participate in site inspections with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Civil is required or equivalent.
• Basic site execution knowledge and ability to read drawings.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Daily site supervision and monitoring work progress.
• Coordinate with workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and BOQ.
• Perform material checks and site reporting.
• Maintain daily progress reports.
