Job summary

Aarvi Encon Limited in Rajrangpur, Odisha invites Civil Engineers to join as Engineer Gr. 2–4 for project-based work spanning 12 months with extension.

Candidates should have 5–9 years (Gr.4), 9–13 (Gr.3), or 13+ years (Gr.2) in building construction projects. You will supervise civil construction activities, manage RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing, and coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure progress, quality, and safety on high-rise projects.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building construction projects.
• Experience ranges by grade: Gr 4 5–9 yrs; Gr 3 9–13 yrs; Gr 2 13+ yrs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities for high-rise building projects as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project completion.
