Job summary

Aaradhya Group in India is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to lead civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The role requires hands-on site supervision, coordination with architects and contractors, and ensuring work meets drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

You will manage manpower, materials, and equipment, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects
• Experience in handling civil and interior design work for commercial and/or residential spaces
• Must have completed at least one end-to-end construction or interior project

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and maintain project documentation
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices
• Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues during project execution
• Coordinate interior finishing works including flooring, false ceilings, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget
