Job summary

Aaryan Structcon in Mumbai is seeking a Project Manager to oversee on-site construction, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ. You will coordinate with PMC, clients, and contractors to maintain quality and timelines.

Key duties include reviewing drawings, monitoring progress, enforcing safety, managing labour, preparing reports, and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• 1. Project Execution & Supervision: Independently manage and supervise on-site construction activities.
• 2. PMC Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client, consultants, and contractors.
• 3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality construction standards.
• 4. Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly progress against the project schedule.
• 5. Contractor & Labour Management: Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• 6. Drawing Review & Compliance: Cross-verify execution with structural and architectural drawings.
• 7. Site Documentation: Maintain records of material consumption, work progress, manpower, and quality checklists.
• 8. Safety Enforcement: Monitor adherence to safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free site environment.
• 9. Client & Consultant Interaction: Attend site meetings, joint inspections, and provide technical inputs during execution.
• 10. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project timelines.

  • Identify and rectify any non-conformities on-site.
• 4. Progress Monitoring:
  • Track daily and weekly progress against the project schedule.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the PMC/project head.
• 5. Contractor & Labour Management:
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• 6. Drawing Review & Compliance:
  • Cross-verify execution with structural and architectural drawings.
  • Highlight discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• 7. Site Documentation:
  • Maintain records of material consumption, work progress, manpower, and quality checklists.
