Job summary

Strot Concepts in Mysuru is seeking a Site Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. You will read and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, ensuring work aligns with approved specifications and safety standards.

The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, monitoring progress, and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Read, interpret, and execute work as per architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
• Verify site measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate material requirements and site resources for uninterrupted work execution.
• Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
