Job summary

Humantra Hr Solutions is seeking a candidate in Delhi to support day-to-day operations, plan and execute on people and resource management, and optimize order routing for better asset utilization.

The role involves handling B2C customer queries in real time to ensure maximum conversion. Preferred candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering background with 2+ years in Sales/Ops and local language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 2+ years of work experience in Sales or Operations.
• Experience in tyre, battery, Auto aftercare industry highly preferred.
• Respective local language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and plan/execute on people and resource management.
• Optimize order routing and route efficiency to increase asset utilization.
